The term single jersey knitting fabric is used in the market only for plain knitted fabrics knitted with cotton or cotton blended yarns produced on circular knitting machines.
Suprem knitted fabrics are widely used especially in summer outerwear, sportswear, medical clothing. There are varieties such as sanded single jersey (flat paint), Ringelli single jersey, lycra ringed single jersey, boucle single jersey, silvery single jersey.

SUPPLY OF RAW MATERIALS

The raw materials we employ are selected among the best quality products that do not inflict any harm on the environment and human health, and each raw material is included in production after passing through the conformity testing in our physics and chemistry laboratories. All our suppliers are subject to periodical evaluation.

PRODUCTION

Our production facility is designed in an environmentally friendly manner that respects nature. Continuous projects are carried out to save the electricity-water and other natural resources we consume, and the aim is to create less cost and less adverse impact every day.
100% of the water we use in production is treated in our treatment plant having a daily water treatment capacity of 3500 m3 and then released to nature. We obtain our drinking water from an underground resource, offered to approximately 1000 people, by passing it through physical treatment units.
We obtain 100% of the electricity we use in production in our electricity cogeneration system within our facility and ensure that we proceed with our production without any damage on our facility and production in any power cuts. In addition, our 2x1375 kVA diesel generators are kept ready for backup operation against network and cogeneration failures.
We keep under control our wastes that occur following our activities and ensure that they are released to nature pursuant to legal requirements. We take the necessary measures for the filtration of flue gas release, the release of wastewater into nature through treatment and the disposal of the sludge produced, the disposal of chemical substances, the separation of solid wastes and the delivery and processing by accredited institutions.
