- MOQ is 1000 pcs per color for boxershorts that have plain waist band.
- MOQ is 2500 pcs per color for boxershorts that have custom woven waistband.
- There is no price difference between plain waistband and custom woven waistbands. the only difference is MOQ.
- Tampon Printing inside the boxershorts with custom logo is possible.
- The price written above is an estimation. Price can be different than the written for the customized products depending on material, details and packing types.
- 95% Organic Cotton+5% Elastane, 95% Cotton+5% Elastane, 95% Bamboo+5% Elastane or 95% Micromodal +5% Elastane fabrics can be used for customized boxershorts.
- If you want special fabric that have blend of different yarns with customized rates, please contact us. It is possible but MOQ is 1000kg for this kind od blended fabrics such as 45%Cotton+ 45% Modal + 10% Elastane blended fabrics.
- Fabric Thickness can be 160GSM, 170 GSM, 180 GSM, 190 GSM, 200 GSM or 220GSM. If you want special fabric thickness, please contact us.

What is your minimum order quantity?
- The MOQ for each product is different, so it would be recommended to refer to the detail page of the product you are interested in.

Can I get a sample?
- Our Sample policy: We can prepare sample with your logo and design SAMPLE PREPARATION IS FREE but we will request sample preparation fee (as deposit ), we will refund sample preparation fee only when you place a big order. Sample preparation fee is 100€ (for socks 50€). This fee is requested for costs and to see seriousness of our new clients. If you place a bulk order, we will fully deduct it from the total order amount)
Can we use TRY (Turkish Lira) for order payments?
- We can only use USD or EUR for export - import payments
How many days does it takes to produce my order?
- We are producing customized items. we are starting to produce your items from suppliying raw yarns. So, dyeing, kinitting, stitching all processes take about 10-12 weeks to finish orders. this time also depends on density in production program
- For underwear and Basic dresses: about 8 weeks
- For Socks:about 6 weeks
How many days does it takes to deliver my order?
- For European customers it takes about 7-10 days by big Trucks . But due to hard weather conditions, custom densities and delivery conditions this time can be longer
Can I customize products?
- Yes.All of our products are customized according to clients wishes.
Fabric, yarn, logo, label, sewing and cutting pattern, packing, boxing .... all steps are customizable.
Can I customize the logo and packaging?
- Yes, we can customize products based on your design and packaging requirements. All production steps are customizable. Please send your detailed requirements to us.
What is the price?
- For an accurate quote, please provide us with more details. such as, fabric type, fabric weigth, unit weight, label, logo or packaging customization requirements, quantity preference, shipping address, etc. (We need all details)
Which shipping methods do you use?
- We offer sea, air, and land freight as well as express delivery. The specific options depend on the quantity of the order.
